This 2.30 hour workshop is designed to inform you of the importance of finding balance in your life. If you want to make a change in your life as well as make a positive impact on those around you.
We have worked hard to create a simple but practical hands-on approach to your daily mental health practises, our lifestyles have a huge impact on our mental health, shining the light on all areas can guide us to a more balanced life.
WHAT THE COURSE COVERS
• Releasing and shedding old ways of thinking and emotions (Old Belief systems)
• Rituals
• Practical tools, setting boundaries and self-care plan
• Flower Arrangement Meditation Practise (1:30 hr)
• Self-Care vs Self Love
LOCATION AND TIME:

TIME: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
